Research
As an educator and practitioner, Peter holds a person-centred pluralistic counselling and teaching perspective that values relationships with clients and students and collegial interdisciplinary research environments. His research and writing are influenced by the seminal ideas of humanistic and transpersonal psychology that seek to understand and ascribe meaning to numinous experiences arising from trauma and loss, and suggest that spiritual experiences are active in personal growth and actualisation.
